The design-build process usually begins with a concept or an idea. We start by meeting you and discussing budgets and ideas, touring your home and then beginning the design phase. Design solutions are presented to you for your approval. We then create final blueprints and specifications.

The approved design is then bid and contract documents prepared. This, of course, is only a simplified overview of what can be an involved process, depending on the nature of the work and the variety of design solutions, but does provide an overview of how the process proceeds.
